this morning, would have been under 16 min but got a bug in my eye and had to stop for about 15 seconds to get it out!

i am thankful today for the amazing sushi that i had for dinner, the great people that i work with and for, and the fact that i literally have eaten black bean soup for lunch for 5 days in a row.

Run in the morning, then the gym, then work, then sleep.

Ive got the dissipated hurricane blues today! Perfecting my workout mix as we speak.

breakfast of champs:
5 strawberrys
15 blueberrys
2 tablespoons ground flax
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon fiber
1 tablespoon maca root
coconut water

sip and enjoy.

every now and then even the most positive of people can have some negative affect their lives. It doesn't mean that its warranted, it doesn't mean that its needed, it doesn't even mean that they have anything to do with it, sometimes as the saying goes.. shit happens.

As for me, I am doing my best to figure out my own life. I am so happy with my physical health right now, seems like everything is going right. Who knew one day I would be able to wake up and run 6 and a half miles.. Not me, never even dreamed of it.

Goals goals and more goals.. the key to success right?

Positivity breeds positivity so with that said I am headed to the jeans store to have a great day post yoga, weight training, and the best thing of the morning the phenomenal smoothie that i just housed. enjoy.

gucci up gucci up

its a good day when you make a new running mix.. id lie if i didnt say i had inspiration from the lululemon blog featured.. here

as well as a complete day's worth of my new fav hydrator, yes that is a serrated steak knife.. overkill but it got the job done.

and starting it out with some.. canceled gym, horseback fun, and outside yoga. great start. now i'm cruisin for some beach blanket bingo.

random thought of the day.. why do girl surfers ride the dumbest, thinnest, concaveiest, potato chip boards?? We are already at a disadvantage in strength to your normal shredder dude.. why handicap yourself in catching waves even more?
