Ive got the dissipated hurricane blues today! Perfecting my workout mix as we speak.

breakfast of champs:
banana
5 strawberrys
15 blueberrys
2 tablespoons ground flax
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon fiber
1 tablespoon maca root
coconut water

sip and enjoy.
